To begin, we have a selection of seasonal fruits, natural yoghurt, Scottish porridge oats, cereals,
granola, honey & seeds, brown or white toast.
Sourcing the finest local ingredients is a top priority and we are extremely passionate
about.
The dairy milk along with the eggs are free range and are delivered by
Grahams
Dairy.
The coffee is roasted locally by the super talented artisan coffee
guru's Inverness Coffee
Roasting Co.
The bacon, sausage and award winning black pudding all come from
the family
butchers Grants
in Grantown on Spey.
Our smoked salmon is sourced from
Aviemore's local fishmongers ProFish guaranteeing only the highest quality for our
guests.
Sticky as it might be, our jam hails from the Firth of Tay, Dundee by the family run Mackays. The strawberries, raspberries and
blackcurrants are all sourced from the berry fields of eastern Scotland.
