Ravenscraig is the perfect base when looking to explore and play some of the greatest golf courses in Scotland. Locally we have the new championship Spey Valley Course in Aviemore. The neighbouring villages of Newtonmore, Kingussie, Boat of Garten, (a well known James Braid design) Carr-bridge and Grantown each have a golf course.
Within a 45 minute drive you have probably the finest golfing links-fairways on offer anywhere in the world: Castle Stuart Links, Nairn Golf Club along with one of the best golf courses in the world, Royal Dornoch. All are within easy reach of Aviemore however booking in advance is essential.
